The Shred Challenge is here! 6 weeks of the same workouts I used to lose 40lbs will help you transform your physique as well. The goal is to get leaner while maintaining muscle mass.

Custom Macros, 350+ Meal Plans and Nutrition Guidance will provided once you join discord. Begin in the “Start Here” section. Time to get serious and commit.
