About The Challenge

Welcome to Heatwave, a 6-week progressive overload strength challenge designed for women in midlife who want to build lean muscle, get stronger, support their metabolism, and tackle stubborn belly fat.

What to Expect:

  • 🔥 2 Lower Body Strength Workouts Each Week
  • 🔥 1 Upper Body Push + Pull Workout
  • 🔥 1 Full Body Strength Workout
  • 🔥 Optional HIIT/SIT Sessions to support conditioning and help target visceral fat
  • 🔥 Rebounding options for many cardio workouts
  • 🔥 Workouts averaging 30–40 minutes

We'll use progressive overload throughout the program, gradually increasing the challenge through changes in reps, sets, tempo, and exercise variations to help you continue making progress.
