About The Challenge

Solea Movement is a combination of bodyweight sculpt/yoga and weight lifting, tailored to shape, grow, and refine the body. Incorporating aspects of breath work and somatic movement, we’ll become one with our bodies while creating the look that reflects our passion and drive to become the absolute best we can be. The combination of bodyweight movement for functionality and depth with traditional weight lifting with a twist is exactly what makes Solea Movement different. We work with our bodies, not against them.
