Summer Swole is built to add quality size while staying lean and conditioned during summer. Six days of training, one day of rest, and a lean bulk nutrition plan to fuel real growth. You'll hit each muscle group twice a week with focused upper and lower splits, plus add in dedicated conditioning days.
