About The Challenge

The50K Kettlebell Shred is a 6 week full-body kettlebell and bodyweight program built to strip fat, build real strength, and have you moving like an athlete — without living in the gym.

Every week there are 3 main full body workouts, 2 cardio/core/ mobility workouts and 1 active recovery/mobility workout per week with flexibility to run it on 3,4,5 workouts per week if life gets in the way.

All you need is 2-3 pairs of kettlebells. 1 lighter, medium and heavier pair. A jump rope, a pull up bar, rings or TRX and some resistance bands. That’s it.

Each workout is 45-60 minutes and the included 7 day shred meal plan gives you the exact structure you need to actually shred.

You also get lifetime access to the program once the challenge is over.
