About The Challenge

Sweaty Summer in 20 is a 6-week summer workout challenge designed for the woman who wants to show up for her body without spending her whole day doing it.

Every workout is 20 minutes. Every single one. All you need are a pair of dumbbells and a little floor space. No gym, no complicated equipment, no excuses.

This is for the busy mom, the woman squeezing fitness into nap time or lunch breaks, the woman who kept telling herself she’d start when she had more time. You don’t need more time. You just need 20 minutes and your dumbbells.

Six weeks. Five days a week. Done before your coffee gets cold.
