About The Challenge

42 Days of GRIT is a 6-week bodyweight-only fitness challenge built to test your discipline, consistency, endurance, and mental toughness. Every single day has an objective.

The reason this challenge is bodyweight only is simple: to eliminate every barrier standing between you and the work. No expensive gear. No waiting on machines. No perfect setup required. Whether you’re at home, traveling, at the office, deployed, in the barracks, or training outside… you can complete the mission. This challenge is truly on YOU. *Some workouts will include the option to use free weights or weighted vest, but NEVER required.

Over 42 straight days, you’ll complete daily workouts designed to build strength, improve conditioning, burn fat, increase athleticism, and push you beyond your comfort zone using nothing but your bodyweight.

Every workout is scalable for all fitness levels, but the standard remains the same: show up, complete the mission, and keep moving forward.

We won’t just be building physical fitness, we’re building physical AND mental grit. You’ll prove to yourself that you can stay committed when things get hard, when motivation fades, and when quitting would be easier.

For the next 42 days, the mission is simple: show up, put in the work, and prove to yourself what you’re capable of.
