Summer Shred is built for people who want serious results without a gym full of equipment. Using just a single kettlebell, you'll move through six weeks of progressive workouts designed to build full-body strength, torch calories, and carve lean muscle — all in 30 minutes or less per session.
Each week ramps up intensity with a mix of swings, presses, squats, cleans, and conditioning finishers. Whether you're training in your living room, your garage, or a hotel room, you'll have everything you need to show up and put in the work.
