Instead of endless crunches, you’ll learn how to properly engage your core to improve strength, control, balance, and performance while reducing compensation patterns and improving overall body awareness.

This challenge is for anyone wanting to feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in their movement while building a foundation that supports long term progress in and out of the gym!!
