The 15-Min Summer SHIFT Challenge is for the busy mom who is tired of starting over.
This isn’t a summer shred or an all-or-nothing extreme reset. It’s 6 weeks of keeping small promises to yourself, even when life is messy and unpredictable.
You’ll get 4 short strength workouts each week designed to fit real mom life, plus 2 suggested intentional cardio/walk days and 1 full rest day. Workouts are 15 minutes, beginner-friendly, home-based, and focused on building functional strength and consistency without spending hours working out.
The SHIFT? Moving away from burnout, perfection, and the I’ll-start-over-Monday cycle… and toward small promises kept, over and over again.
Expect realistic structure, community accountability, simple habits, daily check-ins, an optional Weekly Balance Boost Mini-Challenge, and my Mombod Meal Magic Method to help make nourishment and consistency feel simpler, not more overwhelming.
