
All workouts are dumbbells only with modification suggestions to fit every level. Whether you’re newer to lifting, or already training consistently, the structure allows you to adjust and push at your own pace.
Expect 5 workouts per week, functional and effective programming, and a mix of strength, stability, and athletic movements. All you need is some dumbbells, plyometric box or equivalent (chair, bench, etc.), and a small elevated surface (thick book, yoga block, heel wedges, etc.)!
And yes… There's a huge cash prize on the line for those who complete the challenge and have shown the most strength gained and consistency shown.
