
Ahhh you made it!!! Get in babe because we are about to change the way you approach fitness. Here's what you can expect:
✨Over the next 6 weeks you’ll show up for 3 weekly workouts all programmed specifically with beginners in mind.
✨All workouts will be full body focused and on a timer cueing you when to begin and when to rest.
✨ All workouts only require 4 sets of dumbbells! 2 lighter, and 2 heavier. I recommend between 5-20 pounds.
✨ All workouts will be under 20 minutes, so we don’t burn out at the beginning of our fitness journey.
✨ Weeks 1-3 and 4-6 will be the same workouts, so you have a chance to build strength, build confidence and go up in weight, before switching exercises.
