April 13 to May 24

This is my go-to training structure when I want to get shredded. I don’t make myself choose between total body and body split training, because I love both and I see the value in both, so I do both. There are six training days a week in this challenge. The training includes three weight training sessions a week. This includes a total body strength session using supersets of compound lifts to keep you strong while burning a tone of calories.
There’s one upper body day followed by easy cardio, and there’s one leg day, because I love a good leg day. The other three days consist of three metabolic conditioning days. There’s a short and sweet speed interval day, which features short, intense bouts of exercises, separated by short breaks. Then there’s a high intensity interval training day, which utilizes slightly longer periods of work that will really get your heart rate up there, and finally there’s a long zone 2 cardio day, crucial for recovery and for additional fat loss.
This challenge also includes a diet plan that I use which includes the superfoods to help you feel and perform great while dropping the unwanted pounds.
