About The Challenge

ENOUGH is a three-day-a-week full body strength and athleticism program for the woman who's done waiting for the right time. Alongside optional deep core breathwork, mobility, cardio, and breathing mechanics education — this isn't just a workout plan. It's the end of the habits, guilt, and noise that have kept you small.

You have spent long enough waiting for the perfect time, the perfect season, the perfect version of yourself to show up. ENOUGH is built around three full body strength and athleticism workouts per week, with optional deep core breathwork, mobility, and cardio days, plus the breathing mechanics and deep core education that will change how you feel in your body forever. The habits, the guilt, and the noise that have kept you small end here, because you are enough, you have always been enough, and enough is enough.

3 days of workouts, a core day, optional 5th conditioning day, mobility. 6 days offered for ultimate flexibility!
