A 6-week strength challenge designed for women who want to build a strong core, support their pelvic floor, and feel powerful in their bodies — during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

So we’re changing that.
Over the next 6 weeks we’re training together inside the HER app with workouts designed to strengthen your core, support your pelvic floor, and improve mobility so your body actually feels good while you’re getting stronger.
This challenge is built specifically for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or rebuilding strength after having a baby. I’ve seen pregnant women gain muscle and confidence through intentional training, and I’ve watched postpartum women finally break through that “stuck” phase where nothing seems to change.
And the fun part? This community actually has a shot at winning. Playbook is putting up $50K in cash prizes, plus I’ll be giving away extra HER prizes along the way.
Running will also be programmed in as optional, and is highly encouraged for many early pregnant and postpartum women who are ready for it.
All levels are welcome. Show up, stay consistent, and let’s see what your body is capable of.
