About The Challenge

The 42-Day GRIT Challenge is a six-week bodyweight training program designed to build real-world strength, endurance, and mental toughness.

This challenge is built around the principles of hybrid military fitness, combining strength training, running, conditioning, and core work to develop a balanced and capable athlete.

The entire program is intentionally designed using only bodyweight exercises. No equipment is required. This removes the most common excuse people use to skip workouts… “lack of access to a gym or equipment.”

Whether you're at home, traveling, outside, or in a gym, you will always have everything you need to complete the workout, period.

The program includes daily workouts lasting approximately 30–40 minutes, with each week strategically designed to build on the previous one. Training styles vary throughout the challenge to keep things engaging and effective, including circuits, AMRAP workouts, tempo training, interval conditioning, and simple endurance runs.

Over the course of 42 days you will progressively improve:

  • Muscular endurance
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Core strength
  • Work capacity
  • Mental resilience

The workouts are beginner-friendly but still challenging, making this challenge accessible to anyone willing to commit to consistent effort.
This program is not about quick fixes or shortcuts.
The goal of this challenge is simple:

Build grit. Show up each day. Put in the work. Finish what you started.

Finish the challenge. Exceed the Standard.
