About The Challenge

The Snatched in Six Challenge is a 6-week hybrid training program that combines the core-sculpting power of mat Pilates with the muscle building benefits of strength and resistance training to help you tighten your waist, strengthen your deep core, and sculpt a lean, hourglass figure.

This program was designed using principles of deep core training, which targets the muscles that actually shape and support your waistline. By the end of the 6 week challenge, you’ll train your body in a way that both looks good and functions better from the inside out.

How To Take Before & After Photos

*** INCORRECT PHOTO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED ***
  • MUST wear a solid, neutral colored bikini top and bottom or sports bra and shorts with no logos/patterns.
  • All photos MUST be taken in front of a plain colored wall with good lighting, and NO distractions in the photo
  • MUST wear the same top and bottom in your before & after pictures
  • Photos MUST be taken as a full body picture with your arms up. (Use a tripod or have someone take your photos)
  • Show the front, back, left, and right sides of your body.
  • DO NOT cut off your face, legs, feet, or arms in the photos.
  • DO NOT take photos in the mirror.
  • Arms must be up in each full body picture.
